To be part of the Muddy Fork team, it is essential that you have an interest in Mental Wellbeing, working alongside like minded people who not only want to grow our charity, making our services available to as many people as possible, but also work to strengthen and expand the facilities and support we currently offer.

Wellbeing & Safeguarding Trustee

Muddy Fork offers an invaluable service to our participants. We accept self-referrals, referrals from GP’s and other services. As all of our participants come to us with a range of Wellbeing needs, safeguarding plays a very important role within our charity.

We are looking for someone with a background or experience of safeguarding. The appointed person will sit on the board, alongside our other trustees and have primary responsibility for developing and establishing the charity’s approach to safeguarding participants. You will also be responsible for managing referrals, the successful enrolment of new participants, putting in place and maintaining procedures which safeguard all of our participants, manage any safeguarding concerns where relevant and where required, represent the charity at meetings relating to safeguarding. 

This role is an essential and crucial role within our charity, but working alongside the other trustees, you will be part of a very supportive and rewarding board.

This role is voluntary.
