Bring your team for a day of activity at Muddy Fork
So often Mental Health and Wellbeing are overlooked in the workplace, yet it can also be the place that produces lots of our stress and worries. Muddy Fork offer corporate days designed for businesses, not only to highlight the importance of these issues but also to bring your team(s) together, working on something different.
- Have a great time working together at something new
- Learn about Muddy Fork and the work we do to help those with mental health difficulties
- Partake in physical activity (not too much) to make you feel great
- Discuss the importance of mental health and wellbeing within your workplace
- Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere with plenty of time to break off and chat
- Feel the sense of achievement after a productive day with your team
- Experience action therapy at it’s best
Meet up with us to plan a host of activities for your team, not only will it be a satisfying day from the significant contributions made, but the experience of working together on something completely different in a relaxing atmosphere will prove invaluable.
As well as gardening and physical activities, why not add some extra activities, such as a yoga taster session or some willow craft workshops, having items to take away from the day.

The Muddy Fork Garden is now graced with a proper, accessible footpath, installed in a day thanks to the magnificent efforts of 20 volunteers from Sytner! Gone are the muddy puddles, the tussocky clumps and the ruts, we now have a level and smooth surface, much more suitable for wheelchair users and people with mobility difficulties. It links the entrance gate with all major areas of the garden: the poly tunnels, the outdoor workshop, the hub and our new raised platform beds.
Thanks go to Notts NHS Clinical Commissioning Group for the funding (via BCVS), Ian O’Brien of NWT for driving the mini digger, and most of all Kate Painter, HR Manager for VWG Division of the Sytner Group, for coordinating the volunteers and all the kindness.
